Financial Options

The Village at Clark-Lindsey understands any number of factors contribute to your decision to live at The Village. We offer three contract options to provide a range of choices to meet your specific financial objectives.

Traditional Contract Plan

This contract option includes apartment living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus priority access to Meadowbrook Health Center’s assisted living or skilled nursing at private pay rates and Renewal Therapy Center at Medicare or private pay rates. If the last apartment occupant relinquishes his or her apartment prior to 60 months of occupancy, a pro-rata refund is available (80% at the end of year one; 60% at the end of year two; 40% at the end of year three; 20% at the end of year four).

50% Refundable Contract Plan

This contract option includes apartment living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus priority access to Meadowbrook Health Center’s assisted living or skilled nursing at private pay rates and Renewal Therapy Center at Medicare or privat pay rates. Under this contract, residents are guaranteed a minimum refund of 50% of entrance fees, no matter how long they reside in their apartment.

90% Refundable Contract Plan

This contract option includes apartment living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus priority access to Meadowbrook Health Center’s assisted living or skilled nursing at private pay rates and Renewal Therapy Center at Medicare or private pay rates. Under this contract, residents are guaranteed a minimum refund of 90% of entrance fees, no matter how long they reside in their apartment.

You may benefit come tax time from your life residency fee

You may qualify for a tax deduction when you choose to live at Clark-Lindsey.  The IRS allows residents of life care retirement communities, often referred to as CCRC, or Continuing Care Retirement Communities, to deduct a portion of their fees as a prepaid medical expense.
